*Member fees are available for ordinary members in good standing, who have paid their 2019 ESMRMB membership fee.

Becoming a member will allow you to benefit from reduced registration fees for any of ESMRMB’s educational activities, including the Hands-on MRI courses 2019.

General Information

The registration fee includes:

• Course attendance
• Teaching material for the course (digital syllabus)*
• Coffee & Lunch

*The decision to provide the digital syllabus material to participants lies with the respective faculty members and can be restricted due to copyright issues. Therefore, the ESMRMB cannot guarantee that the teaching material of all the lectures can be provided.

Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements. When making your flight bookings, please make sure that you will be able to stay for the entire course.

Terms of cancellation
In case of cancellation of the registration by the participant:
> 3 weeks before the course date: the registration fee less 20% for administrative costs will be refunded.
< 3 weeks before the course date: no refund will be granted.

If less than 10 participants register, the ESMRMB reserves the right to cancel a course at the latest 4 weeks prior to its beginning. Please keep this in mind for your travel arrangements!

Is your desired course fully booked?
In case a Hands-On MRI course is fully booked, a waiting list is available. In order to put your name on the waiting list of the course, please visit our online booking system MyHands-On MRI in your MyUser Area. As soon as places become vacant, the ESMRMB Office will contact you for a final confirmation of participation.
